Seed Tapioca is a common alternative to Sago. Seed Tapioca and Sago are both starch extracts commonly used in desserts such as puddings. Seed Tapioca is processed from tubers of the cassava plant, whilst Sago is generally sourced from Southeast Asia Sago palms.
