Instructions
1 .Soak in lukewarm water for 15 minutes
2. Drain then place in boiling water for another 10 mins
3. Place in in a colander and rinse thoroughly
Ideal for mushrooms "provencale" and to garnish all meats and fish, also adds delicious flavour to pasta, scrambled eggs, omelettes and risotto.
